General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello, welcome to healthcare magic forum,
It looks like you are having either fissure, or hemorrhoids, do not worry, to reduce pain please do the following:-
1.Sitz bath daily 3-4 times(sitting in warm water with some antiseptic added like dettol or savlon or betadin, etc)
2. Apply ointment Xylocain 5% locally 3-4 times daily.
3. Syp- Cremaffin 2tsf daily in night.
If these measures fails then you have to see a surgeon.
Regards.
