I will be 39 weeks pregnant monday. I am terribly miserable. My husband is over seas and I am under a lot of stress which I have be able to maintain quite well for my baby. My husbands aunt suggested that I take a bath in warm water, which would start my dialation. Will this help and if so, my baby cannot be harmed, correct?

Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion warm water bath might not harm the baby.Do necessary antenatal exercises or yoga which facilitate the pelvic floor muscle exercises. And walking for about 20 minutes daily.Dont take stress as it is not good fr you and baby.Get to know about the labour pains and process right before to decrease the anxiety.Observe the fetal movements. If any pains start or any bleeding or leaking is there consult your doctor.
