How To Handle Mental Issues Like Nightmares, And Stress Feeling?

I have a constant feeling of uneasiness. I wake up in the night anxious. I keep having nightmares about my Nan who passed away two years ago and I've recently been getting headaches, feeling quite stressed, flustered most of the time and really short tempered and I just wanted to know what this could be to do with?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

I think, you have underline depression that why you are getting all these symptoms. In that case, you need some antidepressant and low dose benzodiazepine. For that better to consult a psychiatrist and get your mental status done. These drugs are not available over the counter, so consult a psychiatrist.

Thanks
