my nan has just been placed with a syringe driver what is the maximum she has to live she has cancer yesterday she was being sick and fetching up brown blood shes been declining food and not much fluid in take at all as its very hard for her to swallow

If she has cancer in throat /food pipe,then she has to undergo jejunostomy/gastrostomy(opening in stomach/intestine).Putting a small tube through nose is another option.
