How To Get Rid Off The Suprasternal Notch Aches?
When I breathe deeply or move a certain way the joints, muscles, or bone at the dip in my clavicle, i believe its called the suprasternal notch?, aches and it's scaring me. I've never had pain there before why is it hurting and what can I do to make it stop?

it's a normal phenomenon. sometimes you strain your small muscles of ribs region and these became painful with movements.
