How To Get Rid Off The Bad Cold?

not sure what to do
I've really bad cold I think I can't breathe out of my nose like barely breathe period my head is killing me ,body aches and I'm not sure what to do . I have a horrible cough ,headache that won't go away and I can barely talk ,I'm 30 years old 209 pounds , and 5 foot 7 . please help I have no sick leave it work I'm going to have to go to work .

I really appreciate your concern looking to the given history here I could say that this may be the allergic condition if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicines 1) Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day 2) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg three times in day 3) Tab Phenylephrine three times in day, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
