How To Get Rid Off Neck Itching?

I neck started itching last night and I woke up with a swollen neck with red whelps on my neck. I started taking antihistamines last night, but the itching is persisting and have some itching, red whelps on my face now. My neck is very hot and my ear lobes are starting to itch and have red whelps.
