How To Get Rid Off Gastroenteritis And Gastritis?

Hello Doctor Nasari,
I have just been to see my GP who diagnosed me with gastroenteritis and gastritis. She prescribed a 7 day course of Nexazole 20mg Gastr Res Caps Esomeprazole in order to prevent a possible ulcer. Does this make sense? Thank you for your time.

yes it's v appropriate treatment. beware if u r having loose stools esomperazole can increase diarrhoea as u said u r having gastroenteritis. if no diarrhoea u can use it
