General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for writing to HCM

Body odour or bromhidrosis may be due to heavy sweating and superadded infection. Or may be due to medication or certain food.

I advice you to bath twice daily with antibacterial soap.
Wear cotton dress (must), drink lemon juice or melon juice daily.
Avoid spicy food.
Use antiperspirants/deodorants of your choice.

I advice you to take a test to rule out hyperthyroidism- thyroid profile (blood test)

Don't worry, Consult a dermatologist in person with test reports for further management.

Regards.
