Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your history and description, I would like to consider acne rosacea as a differential diagnosis along with acne vulgarism.
I suggest that you stop the facial roller as it could contribute to the redness and irritation.
Use a gel containing clindamycin phosphate in the morning and at bedtime.
Avoid sunlight exposure.
Use a mild cleanser like cetaphil cleansing liquid to wash your face.
If these measures are not bringing the lesions under control, you could take oral doxycycline once a day for 4- 6 weeks.
Have a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
