How To Get Rid Of The Spots On The Face?

Hi, I have spots on my face that are slightly darker than my skin. They look like bruises almost, but theyre more brown than purple. Theyve been there for months. I was diagnosed with anemia not long ago, so I m not sure if it comes from that. How do i get rid of them?

Hi,
Thank you for your question!
As you describe the color of your spots, that they are more brown, it could be sun damage, that`s why I would like to ask you some questions.
Do you use sun protection cream, or other sun protection measures all over the year? Do you use any night cream or medication that makes the skin more sensitive to sun? What is your age?
I would advice you use everyday photo protection at least SPF 20.
I would recommend you use some lightening agent as glycolic acid at night, and sun protection during the day, but I would like to be sure if this the case of lentigo solaris or melasma, so if this lasts for long time you should see a dermatologist.
Have a nice day! Please contact me if anything is unclear.
