How To Get Rid Of Stomach Fat?

Hi my name is Dawn, I ve a problem my stomach hangs between my fat thighs and yes I want to get rid of it and the weight. I can t even walk up the stairs or down the stairs. What can I do about the I need the help and to solve this problem I am 53 years of age.

1 Avoid high calories food like fatty food and refined sugar .
Empty stomach , remain healthy . You require only 1000 -1500 calories /day , so be careful about the diet .
Fat 100 gm ==900 calories .
Protein 100 gm==500-650 calories
Carbohydrate ====400-500 calories .
So eat less and less .
2 A 40 minute physical activities everyday like morning walk, evening walk or a visit to gym or if possible swimming pool .
Gradually increase the time of activities .
3 Orlistat 120 mg twice in day on empty stomach in tepid water for 6-12 months .
4 The last option ( according to your query ) is LIPOSUCTION ( surgical removal of excess of deposited fat).
However , lemon juice in tepid water on empty stomach may be helpful ( but don't add sugar or salt in lemon juice ).
