18, Circumcised. Small lines on my penis head since I can remember. Just below the urethra on top side of penis head. There are three and the third one appeared when I was around 9 possibly. They look like scars as they are darker than the color of my glans. I do not recall doing anything that caused bleeding or deep puncturing. Can these occur from being scratch/pinched? I always wondered if it was from circumcision but how could the third scar just appear. I do remember a little irritation before the third scar appeared and I may have zipped it in my pants zipper accidentally. Any idea on what can cause this and how to get rid of it?(scar cream)? Have had no luck searching for pics or answers of things similar to mine.
