How To Get Rid Of Severe Depression?

My testicles did not decend soon after birth. I had surgery at about 10 or 12 yrs old. I am now 58, I have always been selfconsious but now the low self image in contributing to a severe depressive condition. My testicles are extremely small, one does produce testosterone. My scrotum is almost nonexistant and my flacid penis is only a couple inches long. I am able to perform intercourse but with depression and ed it s not happening much now. is it too late for me to have surgery to fix this?
