I had gone through the history given here, these are the typical symptoms of hear burning or hyperacidity, some time it could be associated with H. Pylori infection.
As long as the GERD is concern or the acid peptic disease is concern, it can be well treated with PPI (Proton pump inhibitor ) and the best drug of choice is Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg once in day at evening time and it has to be taken for five weeks, for confirm the infection of H pylori test has is advisable.
