How To Get Rid Of Scar On Face?

I am 19year old sad guy,
I am from India and my name is "Alagu" meaning beauty.
On the year 2006 I met a road accident which gifted a scar on my face which pulled me back.......in my life. I lost the meaning of my name in me :(
Doctor suggested me elovera cream I used it for more than one year I think so but I didn't found the result that I was looking for
later after a year I met another doctor he suggested me mederma and till today I am using mederma along with mederma I used which everything my friends suggest me, like cocoa butter, melacare, garnier light, garnier scrub, ever youth peel off, ever youth scrub, and some Ayurveda things ...............unlikely I am still living with this scar for more than 5years anyone help me to kill this scar please.........

Thank you for posting on HCM.

I can understand your apprehension regarding the scar and I will try my best to answer your query in a rightful way.

Scars are pretty challenging to treat and treatment comes with variable results.
More importantly the fact is no topical medications are going to help in removing scars. So I would insist to you stop using them as I can see some of the creams you are using are actually harmful to skin.
Only tretinoin or glycolic acid based creams can help to some extent but the results are very subtle and unpredictable and works for very mild scars only.

Therefore, I would suggest you to go for laser therapy (Fractional Co2 laser, Non-ablative RF etc) as it has the best results of all other treatment modalities. Moreover, if additionally treated with dermaroller or 100%TCA peel (CROSS technique), pretty appreciable results can be achieved.
