Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query salty taste in mouth occurs due to infection that contains pus which has got way to reach other areas of mouth by forming sinuses. Dehydration, dry mouth and poor immunity of body are other possible cause for this. Need not t o worry. Maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing and flossing daily. Do antiseptic and Listerine mouth wash. Consult dentist and get oral cavity examined and the treatment can be planned only after that. Drink plenty of water to maintain hydration. Do for scaling and cleaning of gums. Use gum paints as well.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
