How To Get Rid Of Red Spots All Over My Neck And Chest?

Why are there red splotches all over my neck and chest when exposed to heat and/or the sun? Even in extreme cases, my stomach, back, sides, arms, and neck break out into hives. The hives and redness go away slowly when I go back inside where it s cool?

hi..i have been through ur query carefully n understand ur concern.
ur history suggests that u r having actinic dermatitis.. which is kind of skin allergy which occur/aggravated by sun exposure.
all u have to do is avoid sun exposure.
use umbrella when u go outside.
use sun block with spf100 protection.
for the damage already done use 1% hydrocortisone cream twice daily for 3 weeks.
keep ur face moisturize using any good moisturizing cream or lotion.
hope I answered ur question.
