How To Get Rid Of Pubic Lice?
hello sir....am having problem of pubic lice since 2 months but dont know how to get rid of it.....i havent had sex with any one but i share bed , towels n my night clothings very often with my cousin when he visits here...please suggest me what to do ....to which specialist could i contact fr treatment....plz....help me sir....

Hi there.
I read your history & concerns & feel for you.
I don't have a clear idea of your gender & shall keep my advice gender-neutral.
Please avoid sharing of undergarments & fomites with anyone let alone your visiting 'cousin'.
If you are certain you have pubic lice, please shave the entire region below your belly button to your mid thighs.
Then apply a cream called HHMITE or PERMITE (5% permethrin) well to the above mentioned region & leave on your skin overnight. This application may be repeated after a week.
Wash all your clothing, towels etc in HOT water & dry well in the sunlight.
This should take care of your problem.
Should you wish to contact a 'specialist', then a 'Dermatologist' is the person you should be looking for.
If in Bangalore, you are most welcome to drop into VIKRAM Hospital or Sita Bhateja Specialist hospital for an assessment or you may use this HCM site to source one nearest you.
