How To Get Rid Of Painful Periods?
Hie, I am 23 years old. There is always severe pain during periods, i have tried meftal spas and that is also not so effective. i usually feel pain just before my periods starts and continue for day 1 and then vanishes. I can t go for work,it disturbs my routine life. Can you suggest me how to get rid of this.??

Though most of the women suffer from this, there are many causes for this. So, please visit a gynaecologist to rule out other causes of dysmenorrhea. Some of them are endometriosis/adenomyosis etc. There aremany options for treatment. Better to consult gynaecologist once. All the best.
