How To Get Rid Of Painful Gas Problem In My Abdomen?

I am a 61 year old female. Seems like I've always had stomach/intestinal issues. Lots of painful gas very low in the abdomen, also lower back pain that seems to be associated with it. I usually have very loose stools, but for the past 4-6 months have had more trouble with constipation and being unable to move the stools out. I've also noticed a very sour smell to the stool and many times they have greenish color. I also seem to have headaches a times when this becomes severe. I have a history of allergies, both food and inhalent, but not sure what foods I may or maynot be allergic too. I've recently had a colonoscopy and a gall bladder ultrasound and both came back with no problems noted. Any ideas?

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for choosing HCM, I had gone through history given here, over all the given history symptoms seems to be due to constipation, hyperacidity, more or less it could be the diet that might be responsible for the symptoms you have.
Try to change the eating habit, avoid greasy high density cholesterol, spicy food, avoid taking coffee, alcohol, smoking, heavy meal prior to bed, try alkali food, drink more water, have fiber contained diet, keep the regular habit of going for toilet, no matter if you do not pass the stool still be inside and sit there do not exert the force for defecation no need to over conscious but just take it easy if not pass the stool, be stress free.
hope this information helps.
