How To Get Rid Of Painful Bumps On Buttocks?

I am 22 years old, female, and overweight. I get these dark colored blisterlike bumps on my butt cheek about an inch or two away from my anus. When i squeez them like a pimple they gush blood and small blood clots. I have had them for about four years now and they will go away and come back again. What can i do to get rid of them? They are painful and gross and i want them gone. Please help?

I really appreciate your concern, it may be non infective boils some time it could be due to some allergic condition it can be well managed with steroid preparation and best drug would be "Beclomethasone" cream and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
