For the last few months I ve had this big (maybe quarter sized), squishy, red lump come up on my inner butt cheek, it hurts to sit or move as my butt cheeks rub and cause the bump to be pushed around. I had this problem about a month ago. it was purple and in the exact same spot. I applied this clear medical ointment for pimples thinking that s what it was just more drastic. the lump disappeared but the skin where it was, was sore. now the lump is back but it seems to stick out more. I shower regularly and wear clean clothes every day so I don t think its hygiene. I don t know what to do about it. I dont want surgery. I don t want anyone to look at it. please help me. what should I do about it? and do you have any idea what it might be??
