How To Get Rid Of From Severe Foot Pain Where Veins Pops Out Around The Lower Shin?

Hi. I woke up one morning 4 weeks ago and have had sever foot pain. With the foot pain I have noticed veins popping out even around the lower shin. The pain is localized around the ball of the foot. I have had uric acid issues in the past but this isn't the same. It is difficult to place my foot flat on the ground. Please help

Hi,

If you notices your veins popping out, I suggest to consult physician to exclude:

- thrombosis of deep vein (vena varicosa)
- check the levels of uric acid in the blood
- do arthritis exams
- x-ray of the foot
- Doppler of the leg veins

If everything is ok, then, it might be a vitamin deficiency, for which you need to take Vit.B complex and magnesium supplement.
