General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI MARIA,
LOOKS LIKE YOUR RELATIVE IS SUFFERING FROM ACUTE OVER DOSE OF ALCOHOL.
TO ADD ON I DONT SEE ANY INFORMATION IF HE HAS TAKEN MEDICATIONS FOR DM OR HYPERTENSION WHICH WOULD ADD ON TO HIS CONDITION.
I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO TAKE HIM IMMEDIATELY TO A GOOD HOSPITAL WITH MULTI SPECIALITY FACILITY.

Psychiatrist Dr. Amar A Rathi's  Response
Hi Maria,
What u described it seems that he suffering from copmlicated Alcohol withdrawl with most probably medical complication related to DM/HT.
He has to be taken to hospital immediately as this cannot be treated at home considering his medical illness and alcohol. This is time when he will be highly motivated to get deaddicted...that also will be helpful to his future. So try to take him immediately to hospital and then consult to psychiatrist for deaddiction.
