Hello.. Iam venk .. From Hyderabad.. My danruff has been severe from past 3 months... I have always experienced hitching.. Even when water on my head... Some pimples are also there on head.. Now I have lot of hairfall..hitching on my head as never stopped ... I request for a solution

I share your concerns as you have to suffer from this problem for long. Itching and hair fall is due to fungal infections in scalp. Dandruff is nothing but fungal infection.

You need to take care of your scalp hygiene very well. Now you have to apply antifungal shampoo like clotrimazole (nizral) . You need to use it as per direction given on leaflet. At least one month is must to see significant outcome. Keep your hairs short for some time for better results.
