I have a 26 year old daughter who is always tired. She will have bursts of energy one day and the next can t seem to pull herself out of bed. She is having a really hard time and needs answers. We do not know what type of doctor to take her to to get help. Can you please help us, help her, get started?

hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern. Regarding to the symptoms, it seems like your daughter has psychosomatic disorder, which means that her inner problems which bother her cause physical symptoms. So if she has problems on her job, at school, with her boyfriend or somethink else, you should try to talk to her. If this doesn't help than try with a psychologist who will help her to solve her problems, or at least to face herself with these problems.
It is not normal to have energy one day and the other without.

I hope this ans wer was helpful to you.
