How To Get Rid Of Bump On Butt Permanently?

Hi,there is a bump in my butt crack size of a playing marble,it is right above the hole & first happened on Feb.this year & doctor prescribed metronidazol(I am not sure about spelling) 500g which I think it worked & disappeared, but came back again,& it hurts.

Metronidazole like flagyl or mtrogyl can be given. How ever since there is recurrence you can use another antibiotic like erythromycin 5oomg twce daily for ten days. Mantain hygine . With this it is to be observed whether recurence is there or not?
