How To Get Rid Of Bug Bite?

Recently I got bit by a bug and it looked like a normal mosquito bite and it itched a lot. I did not try to itch it or prevented myself from touching it because I thought it was healing. I had it since 2 days ago. And after work today, I looked and it itches intensely and the bug bite looked like a pimple. It had a white center and is raised upon my skin. The skin around the area is also red and slightly raised. It was so itchy but I did not want to touch it so I applied some mint plant balm on the surrounding area but not in the center of where the pimple formed. The itchiness gone down. But there is still a pimple there. I touched it and it feels slightly hard raised upon my skin. How do I get rid of it?
