Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

From your description this seems like a hyperpigmented stitch scar.
Thought it is not possible to completely erase a stitch site scar. However, with various treatments it can be improved cosmetically.
The hyperpigmentation of the scar can be bleached out by various pigment lightening ingredients like kojic acid, hydroquinone, arbutin, mometasone, tretinoin etc. They can be used in combination or as sole agents.
The scar can be dermabraded Or vaporized with a Co 2 Laser so as to stimulate new collagen synthesis which in turn would elevate the depressed/atrophic part of the stitch scar.
I suggest you to visit a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon for the needful.

Regards
