Anxiety is a symptom and can be caused by variety of disorders. it can be due to cardiac problems, hormonal disorders, metabolic problem, some medications, substance abuse ( coffee, cannabis) etc. if anxiety is due to any of the above mentioned causes then treatment of that disorder will reduce the problem of anxiety.
if all of the causes mentioned above have been ruled out then anxiety can be due to some psychiatric disorder.
remember that mere presence of anxiety does not mean that one is suffering from anxiety disorder. anxiety can be present in many psychiatric disorders. each psychiatric disorder has different treatment and prognosis. so accurate diagnosis is must for adequate treatment.
diagnosis in the field of psychiatry mostly clinical. in simpler word, there is no lab investigation or brain imaging (i.e. CT scan, MRI etc) that can tell you the diagnosis. it is only experienced psychiatrist who only after adequate history, mental status examination ( or simply interview by a psychiatrist) can tell you the psychiatric disorder you are suffering from. some psychological investigation, blood investigation or imaging may be helpful in some patients.

now coming to your problem. the amount of information provided by you is not sufficient for making diagnosis. most of the psychiatrist usually don't prescribe seroquel as a first line therapy for any anixety disorder so in my opinion you may have some different diagnosis and anxiety is only a part of that problem.

i would never recommend practice of self medication, as it could be very dangerous for you. 200 mg of seroquel not lethal dose but it may cause the problem of excessive sleep, dizziness, hypo-tension, mild confusion like state depending upon person's body weight and built (you did not mention your age, sex, body weight and body built).

i would recommend you to visit a psychiatrist so that an accurate diagnosis could be made and you can get proper treatment.

I'm sure that you will be able to overcome your problem very soon.
Wish you all the best.
