How to get rid of acne on chest and arms ?

Hi, I m 18 years old, and i am having acne problems. I have lots of acne in my chest , and arms. They do not hurt, but i feel the need to squeeze them.

Hi...dear user.,
Thanks for choosing HCM.,
Acne on chest and arms...,
It won't give any problem..but looks ugly..,
Don't sqeeze..,it may infect..ok..,
1) Frquent washes with Triclosan soap..on afffected part.,
2) Tab Doxycycline 100 mg dailoy for 15 days..,
3) Benzoyl peroxide 5%-Persol 5% -wallace apply on affected part ..,
daily 2 times...,
4) Low fat diet, fresh fruits and fresh vegetables..

u have acne vulgaris
better to consult dermatologist
u need oral antibiotic and lotion containing clindamycin.
wear cotton cloths
drink more water
avoid dairy product and oily food
avoid direct sun exposure

Dear,this could be due to some infection of skin pores or due to oily skin causing this.Try to wear loose clothes and cottons are preferable.Drink plenty of fluids,avoid fatty foods.Take bath twice in a day.Still if not resolved please consult a skin specialist.bye.Do not squeeze them it will result in marks.
