hi i am an indian with brown color skin ,30 yrs old female ..from past few months i got this acne ..it started with pigmentation ..and now i have dark brown spots left on my face and acne too..it increases day by day ..i reside here in california, usa..can you please suggest me any medication to clear out my skin..

Hello madem,
acne at your age may be inappropriate before you use some thing kindly get tested for hormonal imbalance by visiting a gynecologist. If it is normal then you can go for clindamycine ointment and closone ointment 2times a day. thank you.
