How To Get Rid Of A Small Movable Lump On Forehead Due To Injury?

When I was about around 8 years old I had a large rock thrown at my forehead by accident and suffered a minor head injury with some swelling. I m 20 years old now and still have a small but noticeable lump on my forehead from this it feels quite solid and can move around with my skin if I push on it. I feel a bit self conscious about this and was wondering if I m stuck with this forever or is there a way to get rid of it? Thanks

Thanks for asking in healthcaremagic forum

I understand your concern as it is on the forehead. It is unlikely to a swelling to be present after 10-15 years due to trauma. It may be a lipoma/neurofibroma/nerolipoma. So, If I were your treating doctor I would have examined you physically and if required would have taken boipsy of the lesion. YOu may visit surgeon for its removal. All the best.
