Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.
The symptoms of feeling warm, tingling & pain in the feet are classic symptoms of peripheral neuropathy. Its a most common complication in long standing diabetes.
This can be reduced by Tab. Pregabalin + methylcobalamin one tablet daily after food. The other precautions you need to take are walking daily for about 20 - 30 min. and protection feet from any injuries.
Hope this guides you. If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Thank you. Wishing you good health. Dr Phanindra Dulipala. Diabetologist.
