Dear Dr, this is Sourabh this side. we are married for 1year 3 months.. we are trying for a baby.. now consulting gynologist... he advised to have newmon r75 three days continously.... We have tried with tab anosam but no follicle seen in my wife's overy... what to do??

Do antral follicle count, ovarian volume, anti Mullerian hormone levels.
Do semen analysis.
If not getting results with that tablet than inj FSH can be used in her provided ovarian reserve is normal
