OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Irregular periods can be due hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease. There is irregular or no ovulation in such conditions and hence the chances of conception are greatly decreased.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated with all hormonal profile and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
Regards,
Dr Deepti verma
