Do serum TSH and serum prolactin then HSG on 8th or 9th day of period. Then do serial follicular study after day 2 of Clomiphene with gonadotropins as prescribed by your gynecologist. Wait till follicle grows in size to 18 mm and then ruptures and then IUI.
