How To Get Pregnant If Having Blocked Fallopian Tubes?
Hello doctor, I am 24. I am married for a year, but cant get a pregnant. I want to be a pregnant.
1) My follicles dont grow and crackles by themselves. It only happens with the help of tablets like Klostelbegit, and ovarium crackles with the help of injections like Charagon. once I have been done stimulation of aforementioned treatment but there was no result.
2) Then I was X-rayed, and the doctor said that my uterine tubes are close. Is there any tratment for me except laser operation? my doctor said to me to do physiotherapy. in that way tubes can be opened. is that right? or any other tratment you advice?
3) I have been taken smear and they found gardnerella vaginalis from me. May this infection close my tubes?
4) I took Duphaston tables for 9 months since I get married. because I have dysfunction, I dont menstruate every month every time.since taking this tables I menstruate at every time every month, but this month I didnt take this tablet and yet dont menstruate.

Eat healthy food and do regular exercise like brisk walking for half an hour atleast theice a week.
Avoid junk food.
Drink plenty of oral fluids.
Your BMI should be between 18.5 to 24.9 kg/m square.
Do your thyroid test, hormonal assay for progesterone , LH, FSH , prolactin.
Semen analysis of husband.
Maintain good perineal hygeine and use clingen wash for same.
Have sexual intercourse around ovulatory time that is around day 12 to day 14
