How To Get Pregnant After Having A Miscarriage?
I had miscarriage last year,after that i couldn't become pregnant,my doctor told me that my womb is upside down that i should always lie face down after sex so as to get pregnant.but since then i've seen nothing,i'm even spotting now.pls what do i do.

If your cycle is regular and you ovulate than you should try to conceive minimally six months .
If after six months you doesn't conceive you should contact with your gynecologist.
During the time you will try to conceive you should try :
to exercise daily
eat a healthy balanced diet
take folic acid
be calm
