Hello,
In the current scenario, you should undergo complete evaluation by a specialist. You should get a complete hormone profile to asses the hormone status, trans-vaginal sonogram to look for any possible pelvic pathology, urinalysis and blood counts to rule out infections and tubal patency tests to rule out tubal blocks subsequent to the previous abortions. Ovulation studies may be necessary if regular ovulation is not occurring to plan further management. Couple evaluation is a must. Please maintain a healthy diet, healthy weight and regular exercise. Hope this helps.
