Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Failure to conceive, even if all the investigations of infertility are normal, is known as unexplained infertility.
In this situation, you can conceive by methods like:
1. Ovulation induction
2. Intrauterine insemination
3. In vitro fertilization.
You should consult an infertility specialist to get properly treated timely by appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
