How To Get Back My Fairness?

i was born fair skin and grow up fair skin...and at the age of 5 i started getting brown .. i live in dominica and play soccer in the sun .. i also live near the sea.. my complexion is still on my thigh n scalp but the rest of my body lost its complexion and if i watch my skin properly i can still see the fairness..what can i do to get it back ?

Hi. Thanks for posting your concern at HCM.

I would advice that you use a broad spectrum sunscreen with UVA as well as UVB protective properties(minimum spf 30) throughout the day on all the sun exposed area like face, arms , neck.

Sun protective measures like umbrellas, full sleaves clothes, scarfs should be used as part of sun protective measures.

If i was your treating doctor i would have asked you to use a demelanising cream containing one or more of the following ingredients like kojic acid, glycolic acid, hydroquinone, arbutin etc once daily to help fade away tan gradually.
