How To Gain Weight?

Hi...this is haasini...am 24yrs old and my weight is just 38, height 5.5...how can I gain my weight...??? I just thought of taking injections since a friend of mine advised me so...I don t have any physical or medical problems...some people say its genetical and some say that s bcoz am working in night shifts...!!! Please do suggest me on wat can be done...

1. Its usually genetic, Unless you are dieting. Night shifts usually causes stress and can usually cause weight gain.
2. Need to take calorie rich diet. If still does not improve, then stools examination for malabsorption necessary.
3. Check thyroid hormone profile for hyperthyroidism. More details necessary for further opinion.
