hi.. I m 22 yrs old and my weight might be round 35 to 40 kgs.. and before i was a bit healthy but now i m become very thin..the reason for the weight loss is stress.. in the past 1 year i went through a lot of ups and downs..so i lost a lot of weight and how its becoming difficult for me to gain weight. and i want to gain weight desperately..so please suggest or guide what i should do to gain weight fast and without any side effects..a lot of people suggested me endura mass..so i would like to know whether it is helpful or no.

Weight gain can be achieved by increasing your calorie intake (food and drink) and decreasing your energy output (activity).

This means that you would need to: (1) increase the portion sizes of your meals
(2) increase the caloric value of the meals by adding foods such as butter, dressings, peanut butter, oils
(3)use snacks between meals - these should also be high calorie
(4)decrease any fidgeting or excess activity
