first of all losing weight is not a good sign.it seems you are very busy with two small kids but do not neglect yourself.B12 deficiency indicates you may be a vegetarian. make habit of eating at small intervals.take high protein and high carbohydrate rich food.include banana full cream milk paneer in your diet.take egg if u can.take plenty of water and fruits.proper sleep is required. If non vegetarian have it at least twice a week.Take multi vitamin,Iron and protein supplement in form of capsule or syrup. Even if you do not gain weight in two to three weeks you need to be investigated properly and thoroughly. Get your total blood profile and an xray chest, abdominal sonography, stool routine and for occult blood done.See your doctor with reports.
Breast feeding is not the cause of you losing weight.
