Take good amount of egg in your diet. Also do good streghtnehing exercises daily. I was also the same before but now I am a bit over built only following these measures. You can get good help from the 2.

Read your problem.Have raw egg and milk in the morning, include fat, carbohydrates and proteins in your diet.Have banana daily. You can also consume milk products like paneer and sweets.
