How To Follow A 2000 Calorie Diet?

is it okay if i go beyond the limits of saturated fats, limits of carbs, limits of sodium etc..so long as i do not exceed my calorie-diet for the day, let's say, 2,000 calorie-diet? in other words, i can eat anything and as much as i want as long as within that calorie bracket?

Hello thanx for using hcm,
If you want to take saturated fat / carbs/ sodium in excess then it does not become a healthy balanced diet.Average normal calorie requirement is 2000 kcal in case if person is normal weight with out any other health issues.

High saturated fat diet increases your cholesterol...
High carbohydrate diet increases your risk for obesity and also disturbs your tryglycerides....
High sodium ,processed foods gets you hyper tension soon.....
In order to have a healthy balanced diet , carbohydrates should be 55-60% ,proteins 15 -20% ,Fats 20-25% out of which saturated fat less than 7% of your total calorie diet.
Any thing in excess is not healthy for long term.
