DEAR MANORAMA,
BREAST ENLARGEMENT IS POSSIBLE WITH EITHER FREE FAT TRANSFER OR BREAST IMPLANT SURGERY. IN FREE FAT TRANSFER, FAT IS REMOVED WITH LIPOSUCTION FROM SOME BODY AREAS LIKE ABDOMEN, HIPS OR THIGHS AND THEN INJECTED INTO THE BREAST. IN BREAST IMPLANT SURGERY, AN IMPLANT OF APPROPRIATE SIZE AND SHAPE IS INSERTED BEHIND THE BREAST TO ENLARGE AND LIFT IT. BOTH THE PROCEDURES ARE VERY SAFE AND ARE DAY CARE TREATMENTS. THEY DON'T NEED HOSPITALIZATION AND THE PATIENTS CAN LEAVE WITHIN 6 HOURS AFTER SURGERY.
