How To Discontinue Gabapentin While On Clonazepam?

I take 0.5 Clonazapam 3 times a day due to DBS surgery plus Gabapantin 300 mg. 1 in the am and 2 at night. Which would cause me to be jittery especially during the day? I feel after reading side effects that the gabapantin would do this more than the Clonazapam ad how do I cut back on my gabapantin to see if that will help

clonazepam is not generally given after DBS surgery. It is generally temporary. Gabapentin was originally developed as a seizure medicine, and it works for that. In someone who might have seizures due to brain surgery, lowering/removing an anti-seizure medicine has to be done slowly under their doctor's supervision.
